The right access method depends on your facade, your roof anchors, and your budget. We assess the building first and recommend honestly — including telling you when a cheaper method will do the job.
Rope Access

rope systems from your certified roof anchors. Fastest setup, lowest cost per drop, and the least disruption to residents and tenants. Best suited to buildings with compliant, inspected anchor infrastructure already in place.
Suspended Platform (Swing Stage)
Motorized platforms rigged to davits, monorail, or outrigger beams for buildings with wider facades or heavier soiling. Slower to set up than rope access but covers more glass per drop and handles detail work along the facade at the same time.
Boom Lift & MEWP Access
For lower elevations, podium levels, and ground-adjacent glass where suspended access isn't warranted. Often the most economical option for the first four to six storeys, and frequently combined with rope access above.

Scheduled semi-annual or annual exterior programs, coordinated with your property manager and communicated to residents in advance. Balcony glass and railings included on request.
Mixed-use and retail podiums
Street-level storefront glass and upper-floor facade in one coordinated program rather than two separate contracts.

Cleaning scheduled outside business hours or on weekends so tenants and foot traffic aren't affected. Common-area and lobby glass handled at the same visit.
